Refund policy

30-day returns, free return shipping.

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be new and unworn, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please have your order number ready.

Starting a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll reply with how to send it back. You won't pay for return shipping.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different colourway is to return the item and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take some time to post it.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing it.
